Not the Starbucks variety, though it’s very good in its own right and I do enjoy a venti pumpkin spice latte whenever I’m near a Starbucks, but I’m talking about the homemade variety. See, the closest Starbucks is nearly fifty miles from where I live and I just can’t justify the expense or the time involved in grabbing a pumpkin spice latte every time I want one from the buck of stars. Thankfully, the wonderfully talented Rachelle Zimner has taught me how to use the espresso machine I bought sometime last decade and promptly placed in storage.
